an exceptional dinner in this restaurant. the dishes are delicately and wonderfully presented in very original plates. The flavors are beautiful, the assemblies are subtle. the service was performed with a lot of class and the explanations were accurately given by the server and waitress. Congratulations to the cook and pastry chef for their inventiveness and the quality of their presentations. If it was possible, I would gladly put stars instead of the moment: very nicely decorated room with a lot of taste.
The restaurant is located in a picturesque setting by the pond Saint Estèphe. The service is excellent with the waitress explaining the complexity of the dishes. The menu of the day meal ( Moulin menu) is highly recommended. The servings for the three dishes are ideal, the foods are cooked to perfection and the mix of flavors and textures is superb. Highly recommended!

We had a very good time at the Moulin du Grand Etang: the atmosphere was cozy and warm and the excellent dishes. We enjoyed the different refined and original flavours. The team vegetated its proposal for me, who's a vegetarian and I've enjoyed it.
