Restaurant discovered randomly during an exit on Challans. Small but well-appointed room with classic tables and high tables. Open room on the kitchen. The dishes are excellent, rich and organic. A limited choice of dishes and desserts hamburgers, salads, quiche vegan, chocolate mousse, tiramisu specoos/pommes, amandine pie. This is explained by the operating mode: for example pasta is made on site. 98% of ingredients are organic and local. But there is plenty to satisfy appetites and gourmets!! Very nice discovery. The frame is really nice and the welcome to the top! We enjoyed ourselves (the proof seeing my plate . Burger Poulet/Chorizo at the top. desserts are excellent as well. The terrace in the courtyard is pleasant. I recommend
