The restaurant decor was a little lacking especially given the limited capacity due to COVID. The Spanish omelet was incredibly filling and you won't need to add salt the chorizo adds plenty to it. It can come with a side of potatoes, really great flavor, except mine were a bit on the room temperature side rather than hot. The stuffed French toast was a bit too crunchy for my liking and the filling was also lacking. Not a bad experience but it was okay. Nothing special but it won't disappoint.
I ordered the Hen Pen breakfast here, and was okay. The dish came with 2 eggs, peasant potatoes, bacon(or sausage) and toast. The eggs were almost cooked over medium, they were a bit over cooked, the bacon was really delicious, crispy soft and tasty, the potatoes were soft and warm okay needed more flavor, the side of salsa for my eggs to make them look like huevos rancheros was okay. Overall an okay place for breakfast.
jayden was very attentive and patient, thanks added on the 9th February 2019, sad to say that their service has really changed. many tables dirty, waiter stand to watch television, food takes for ever and once served waiter not back. I'm here twice this last week and don't want to go back. managment must really get on the ball and check on customers and waiters. I've never seen management on the floor.

I enjoyed the crabcake benedict. coffee was good and strong. the waitress was attentive and efficient. only the complaining is that it took a long time to our meal (about 40min.) also the waiting time for a table is long. when they decide to eat here, they are ready to spend time. The American coffee I ordered was delicious, so it was my wife's latte. The Colorado Omelette I ordered was right at the point, very tasty, lots of food and I even have oat flakes!!! In any case again!!!
Great food! Breakfast is very tasty with a pleasantly comfortable atmosphere and affordable menu. I would NOT recommend getting any Mexican breakfast, it doesn't seem like it was her strong suit.

Great breakfast place. First time the service was so-so. The second time I went, the service was better. Food overall is good. I recommend one of the skillets and the croissant plate.
