I've been here a dozen times and I absolutely love it! The coffee is the best on Disney property and the desserts are beautiful and unique. During our most recent stay I tried a lot of their drinks and loved them all! I got lattes, dirty chai tea, cold brew, iced lattes, mochas, and lavender lemonade. As far as treats, their pastries and madeleine cookies are amazing! The shop is beautiful and conveniently located in the lobby of the Riviera resort! The service is excellent and so fast! It definitely makes your stay all the better knowing there's a great coffee cafe just a few floors below your room! They also serve alcohol! Definitely a favorite of mine!
We had the hazelnut caramel profiteroles and the lemon cheesecake that were both very good. However, I thought that the cinnamon cold brew was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life........ Until my friend ordered the almond cold brew. We barely could finish either drink. Whatever was used in these must contain some form of fake sugar substitute that completely dominates the flavor.
If you are craving a specialty coffee or even a regular coffee, this is the place you are looking for in the Riviera Resort. They also have tea for those that prefer it. They also have a special of the day. When we were there it was a Classic Mimosa and Jameson Irish Coffee. You could also get a Pistachio-raspberry Eclair and a Mother's Day Mimosa.
We are staying at the Riviera Resort this week on vacation from NY. This Cafe has been a lifesaver. Absolutely wonderful staff and the drinks and bakery items are phenomenal. I highly recommend the cinnamon cold brew, banana bread, crossiants, and fruit tarts. So convenient for guests here!

The staff seemed more focused on their plans for the parks than on preparing my coffee. I had to request my drink twice. This level of service is not what I would expect.
Excellent espresso, even the best in wdw. The best croissant I've had in 35 years. I'm taking a mini-panettone for the flight home!

Even if I'm not staying at the hotel, I always make sure to set aside time during my trip to stop by for an excellent coffee.

This coffee shop at the WDW Riviera Resort is a hidden gem. Be sure to try the cinnamon cold brew and the banana bread!
Their pastries are delicious everytime we get them. The customer service is also excellent!
