the couple that leads this hotel and restaurant could not be polite. madam speaks excellent English and has looked after me and my man very well. you man is a great cook and I would go so far that it was one of the best meal times we ever had during our visits in France. the hotel is ideal with very comfortable rooms and perfect for a first stop to eurotunnel. it was so good that we book again for our return to the usa from Spain. really disappointed. starter ok, main was filet of bark meat and the nerves was not removed, so not properly prepared. everything under seasoned apart from the Choux bakery that was definitiw salty and tasty. almost 300 euro for 4 of us. with reviews and the...fact it has a maître restaurateur review that does not correspond to food and service at all.

we were six for lunch today and enjoyed everything from the environment and atmosphere to the gourmet kitchen. the menu at 32 euro was excellent. we will return.
