The choice menu and a la carte menu look good, however, what is delivered is neither particularly good, nor well presented. E.g. the cheese plate from the a la carte menu consisted of two bog standard pieces of cheese served with some salad. The place is pretty pretentious. A junior waiter was rather arrogant and you have to waive your hands to get noticed. Spare at least 2 hours to get your 3 courses served.

Very nicely appointed old dining room, spacious and nicely designed. The menu is diverse and cuisine is excellent. Good selection of wines, and friendly service. A very pleasant evening out in a rather sleepy little town.
