a real pleasure to stay at the gum shelter. the place is beautiful and preserved, in the forest and with horses. the terrace is very pleasant, perfect for a refreshment after a day of hiking. We were able to enjoy the night, with meals at night: the kitchen is good, with local products. The hosts are very nice! the night was comfortable in the small houses, and the next day we returned to the hike after a hearty breakfast and the picnic already ready. It makes us want to test again, but winter

excellent kitchen with local accents. omelettes, soups, salads, super cakes and pies. It's all done at home. a pleasant break in the middle of a day of skiing or hiking in snowshoes. the dishes of the day are often appealing, but being the first because they disappear quickly. There are tables and benches on the outside, a room out of the bag and tables inside. team nice to take the commands, once the order is taken we are in self service.

Always as good! Rustic (it is a refuge, not a restaurant), but nice welcome, comfortable after a skating session, and especially delicious meals! Hot wine very good too! We spend several times a month in winter!
