Le Restaurant L'Occitan

A few years ago we had to spend a week there and as we were delighted with the quality of the restaurant, passing through the city we have lunch! and the disappointment we have lunch on the outside near the swimming pool, the dirty, swept terrace, plastic tables and chairs of the flowers grilled in some broken gardeners! The welcome was well intertwined: crab tartar no sanitation just of the peas and pomegranates and sauce tasks! then comes a dry cassoulet on the top and an ultra fat sausage and I a vulgar calf slice with a cold purée and asparagus we decided to stay there no desserts chef revive your copies and cookbooks because for a 4 stars it is medium stop central finished we will pass our way from now on

a great kindness of all the staff. and even if you feel that the desire to do well is there, obviously quality is not at all at the rendezvous. Breakfast is always irreproachable. meals of the noon and evening are approximate: cold meals served on several occasions (freeze but not warm enough). often not tasteful, sometimes too salty. soulless breads, desserts too cooked, etc. nothing serious, but we go out of table with no positive impression.

nice room, clean, and beautiful setting, silver cutlery, local and fresh products. We've been spoiled with amuses in the mouth during the aperitif.
