Meet the ski instructors at breakfast, have a late lunch or early dinner...the kitchen is always open. The place is always buzzing, many regulars, cosy and informal.Went several times and at odd hours: the galette de sarrazin (buckwheat savoury crepes) were delicious, the Tartare "au couteau" (coarse cut with a knife) well seasoned and a welcomed treat after a full day's off-piste...all very reasonably priced and speedy service.

We had a great terrace dinner in the Hibou: very good Margarita, pleasantly surprised by Asian dishes (cas) that were well presented and raised, delicious chocolate mousse. Good service. What more?

Had a snack at this place, crepes and wine, in the afternoon. Quite busy and the staff seemed a bit stressed due to that. A perfect place for a quick snack or something to drink.
Good everyday staples like soup, croque, tart du jour, Excellent cakes and patisserie. Breakfast very good and the coffee (in a town that does not do coffee well) is very good.
