We have been coming to Val for 15 years and we love the Salon Des Fous, the good coffee, the food and the owners and the staff are amazing, I probably shouldn't write this and let you know how good it is!

Very good cuisine made on site, for Quiche in the Beaufort Pear and the excellent homemade cake and service is very warm and welcoming, to be tested!
