Walking for a few days on the path to St Jacques Cluny Le Puy, we decided to stop at Pommier after a 20 km stage leaving from St Jean St Maurice. The first difficulty was finding accommodation then, on the advice of our host, arriving in Pommiers around 3 p.m., we tried to book a meal for the evening at Savigny. We had a great time as a family while enjoying a delicious, hearty meal from starter to dessert. The dishes are made with fresh products! Even the homemade appetizer biscuits are excellent!!! We had a room all to ourselves, it was great!!! I warmly thank Céline for the entire organization and her dynamism for the service as well as her colleague. We will come back. I highly recommend you! We came across this restaurant by chance and we were not disappointed. There were 3 of us and we tested the 3 menus for November 11th. A special mention for the porcini mushroom risotto with salty meringue, truly excellent! Very pleasant service and very clean restaurant. Only one point of improvement could be: the room is a little noisy, the installation of sound panels would be interesting. Really very good ! It may be lacking for the 5th star, but when you go to this type of establishment you expect better. There is nothing to complain about except the value for money. The cuisine lacks daring for a restaurant that was in the Michelin list, and the service, although pleasant and correct, is not excellent. Nice choice of wines.
