All the other diners appeared to be French which I regard as a good vote of local confidence. After an excellent lunch during a visit in July, we decided to return for dinner and bed.We checked in,thene went down to the L shaped dining room where we were welcomed again by the delightful Sandra She explained that this week was when the chefs had a chance to show off their talents.My wife chose a crumble of courgettes,shallots lardons with local cheese while I enjoyed the herrings with potatoes.The main we both chose was a rolled stuffed leg of chicken with vegetables. Went to this great place called Le Saint Sébastien in Blendecques, they catered for 50 of us without batting an eyelid. Only one waitress, with no doubt plenty of help behind doors, serving us faultlessly. The food was amazing, plentiful, served hot, drinks was flowing....A great experience, I wish all restaurants were so perfect. We were so impressed with the service that we did an extra whip around for the waitress.

Too bad we never have the opportunity to stay here. we arrived at 17.00 clock to close the hotel. as logis we ask to let the hotel know if we arrive after 6.00 clock, we were surprised. at 6.30 no show yet, so we decided. we will never know what we missed.
the lunch is the best lunch in the opposite, book or come to 12.02 there after all the tables are full. patron greets every guest, waitress a joy and his under 20 euro wonderful.
This is a lovely restaurant within a Logis. Service is great, the menu is varied and the food is lovely. All very good value. Well worth a try.
