Le Sud - Reservar una mesa

Le Sud is not in the centre of Pau. It is the location (after a garden center, a Buffalo Grill MacDonalds) is inspiring. I've been driving it past countless times and I haven't given him a second look. Last week we were looking for somewhere to take my mother-in-law... for dinner and simple parking were a priority. We decided to give Le Sud an attempt. As we wish, we would eat there sooner! The food was some of the best I ate in Pau. The menu is innovative without going too far and the dishes are all beautifully presented. The restaurant is elegantly modern and the service is great. We will definitely be back.

I've been feeding in Le Sud for a few years and think it's one of Pau's hidden treasures. If it were to be in the centre of the city, it would be much more popular than today. We often just... take the Menu du Jour, this is always different and often a remarkable surprise. This restaurant is full at noon, although due to its location is quiet in the evenings. This is a real shame, as the chef is outraged in the evening, and it is worth going a la carte. The service is efficient and always polite. Renovated this summer, it has a modern feeling, and everything in all makes for a pleasant meal.

Very good reception, very friendly and smiling staff, despite the mask. The dishes offered are copied but mostly sought after. We have been explained that the chief work of fresh, local products and highlight the flavours of food. The chef is an excellent pastry, which uses little sugar in his plates which allows to work the flavors. I highly recommend for a complete 39€ menu, you will have for your taste buds

Always busy, but the staff is very efficient and friendly. Food for the price is excellent, 15E for 2 courses, 18 for 3 and all several notches above the quality and presentation of the white van places on site. Very good wines on the glass and

We were just around the corner and liked the view of the restaurant so we made an evening reservation. The food was so delightful and the staff so helpful that we book again for the following evening!
