We love to eat well and do a lot of restaurants! We made a great discovery walking in Dinan, a lovely lady welcomed us alone in her very nice restaurant, just decorated with beautiful china objects. She's doing everything! From welcome to the kitchen! French cuisine, that fresh, with good products from the region, and without making in the extravagance in the dishes, all is of great accuracy, a perfect balance on spices, from the entrance to dessert. A place where one feels relaxed, or as its name indicates: the time ahead, is soothing... MERCI!
We spent an excellent time in this very welcoming restaurant with refined decoration as well as the owner's kitchen: grilled summer vegetables with pesto and mozzarella balls. Thai pork curry, ginger, coriander, coconut milk, absolutely divine. To finish scrambled with ginger ice apricots. Excellent address where everything is done at home and great precision by a passionate and very friendly cook.
A very good time in this restaurant, extraordinarily led by the chef, alone. Bravo! We enjoyed the warm and friendly setting, excellent simmered dishes, concocted with heart, with fresh products. We enjoyed the unfiltered apple juice and organic and local cider. We will not fail to return to it during our next visit with pleasure! Thank you!
