Le Tire Fesses - Reservar una mesa

We were staying at Samoens and skied over to Les Carroz so were not so familiar with the restaurants on offer. We looked at what was on offer at the top of the bubble lift and nothing looked that great so decided to ski on and have a late lunch at the bottom of the lift. We were really glad that we did! This place is a little gem. We had 2 really fabulous pizzas. There is an area off to the side of the main restaurant which is in an all weather awning type set up with lots of heaters, blankets on the seats etc. It looked lovely! Really nice staff too! Can't fault this place.

Always rated this place in its previous incarnation as 'le phare ' and pleased to say in transition it has only got better. A wide supper menu greeted us plus a blackboard of specials being written up as we arrived. A jar of delicious terrine arrived unbidden, these little touches really make a difference. Tornados Rossini were excellent value and all mains were well presented and tasty. Locals speak well of le tire fesses and made up the majority of the diners last night, always a good sign. We 'll be back!

We had a great lunch here in the week before lift opening. It was busy with resort workers which is a good recommendation. The owner is welcoming and speaks good English. We both had the burger with rosti, perfectly cooked.

Had to go there as we couldn’t get into a place on the hill. Wasn’t disappointed- their selection of food is good and it’s a great place. I had the burger and chips. Yummy

Good food. Good value. Children friendly. Close to slopes. A good way to have a quick pit stop immediately off the slopes.
