Good morning, I rarely share reviews but while looking for the opening hours of the bakery this morning I came across all the negative reviews. I was quite surprised by everything I read. When I got there a few minutes later I was warmly welcomed, smiles, laughter and good humor at 7:30 in the morning. Something to start the day off on the right foot! I have never tasted the pastries before but the tradition, the special breads and the pastries are super good. Special mention from our whole family for the einkorn bread

We were able to taste a strawberry/raspberry bush for my daughter's birthday: a real delight, excellent pastry! Only one small downside: we ordered a 10 slice which for us good eaters seemed more for 8 people!

A must-see artisan in Noisy-le-Roi. Always a very warm welcome. The bread is excellent, the pastries delicious and the cakes truly delicious. Sandwich offer also very good. All for reasonable prices
