We have eaten as a family here on occasions and the location is good just off the beginner's slopes and kid's area. The food is your usual mountain fare but nicely presented and tasty. Our initial waiter was pleasant enough but, then a young,...blonde man took over with a really offhand manner, everything too much trouble, eye rolling etc etc and when we left went into the kitchen mimicking our merci au revoir about times in the kitchen. This annoys me as I had left a bill with a euro tip. If you hate tourists so much that keep your restaurant job going, CHANGE your job. We have eaten here many times over a number of visits to Valberg in the skiing season. This café is directly opposite the slopes and lift in the centre of Valberg so have good views of the activity and gets the full sun. The food...is good value but nothing more than average, but better than many ski resorts. At least there are freshly cooked dishes at a fair price with carafe wines and decent beers. as a place for a quick and filling lunch between sessions on the slopes this is very good. As a place to sip a coffee or beer in the suna nd watch the slopes it is great.
For the third year in a row, probably one of the better and certainly the most innovative kitchen in Valberg. The chef is member of the toques brulees, an organisation of young chefs who deliver fantastic innovative dishes. Friendly and efficient service and reasonable priced...wines. The tradional French onion tarte with fried gambas was outstanding, the tagiatelli of beef' with well cooked and very tender beef fantastic.
Friendly establishment that offers a small restoration and pancakes. Original Idea, you compose your salad by choosing the ingredients on a form that we bring you. The portions are generous and the rates are fairly normal for a tourist resort. The staff is very friendly and the fast service. The property accepts payment cards and has a large partially shaded terrace.

the whole team is very friendly and the restaurant ideally placed in front of the slopes and near the parking lot. The dishes were not hot enough for my salty cakes to taste) but photocopiers. The salads are very beautiful.
A very friendly, friendly place, with a young team at the top, not to mention the location at the foot of the slopes Valbergan is an institution in Valberg, and this beautiful restaurant coffee bears its name.
Basic fare and quite pricey. Service was quick tho. Amazing location just off the slopes so if you are looking for a quick pit stop for lunch it works otherwise better restaurants in the village

Busy restaurant at the bottom of the main ski run in Valberg. Friendly staff, relatively cheap and simple but hearty food. Quick service.
The kitchen is excellent with a gourmet coffee to fall on the ground!
