Vauban is an institution in Lorient. A real brewery, in an immutable setting. The menu and the dishes of the day are simple, but made with excellent fresh products. A pike of regulars hanging at the bar thinks at home and make a lot of noise. A small room almost empty except 1 or 2 guests of the hotel.
