Le Vieux Chalet - Reserva de mesa

Im Rahmen des Hotelaufenthaltes im dazugehörigen Beau Séjour haben wir 4 Abende lang Halbpension genossen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich, mit viel Holz eingerichet. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und verliert auch bei grossem Ansturm die Übersicht nicht. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die verschiedenen Fleischgerichte, die am Grill frisch zubereitet werden. Die Weinkarte besticht durch eine gute Auswahl an bezahlbaren Walliser Weinen.

Food and service was excellent but it was let down by the fact that we were put in the bar area of the restaurant on a table by ourselves, rather than in the main restaurant. This meant there was zero atmosphere. Disappointing given there was clearly space in the main room. Also we booked using “the fork” and there seemed to be an issue with the this making it’s way to the restaurant

Mixed opinion, the setting is very pretty, the warm mountain atmosphere, but the service is not up to par, more than 25 minutes of waiting for someone to come and offer us drinks... the imposed menu leaves only little choice, and the beef cheek was not up to the price displayed on the menu, bland and uninteresting. Damage….

On our recent skiing trip to Champery, we tried most of the local restaurants and we would highly rate Le Vieux Chalet for it beautiful decor, great atmosphere, professional service and amazing food. The pistachio crème brûlée rounded off a beautiful evening Reserva una mesa ahora

nous avons passer un très agréable moment pendant lequel nous avons pu déguster une viande excellente accompagnée d'un très bon vin. Le service était très sympathique et les conseils fort avisés. La cadre en terrasse est très beau.

Fantastic food, fantastic view and fantastic service. One of the best boeuf and entrecote we have had. And good local Valais vin !

Not enough bread to finish the fondue....usually, it's the cheese that's missing.....very expensive. Opt for “42” Reserva una mesa ahora
