After a very pleasant walk in the village we arrived and decided to eat inside because it was cooling off outside. Big mistake -since we were the only ones inside and had to suffer the dreadful music. I started with the baked aubergine which was very hearty and tasty. I followed this with the risotto of artichoke and langoustine and was surprised when it came with one large langoustine posed on the top. It was nevertheless very tasty. Then for dessert I had the tarte tatin which was good. We had a bottle and a half of lovely Esterelle rosé. Le personnel est très sympathique, très accueillant mais surtout, la cuisine vaut assurément le détour. Nous avons dîné en terrasse mais s'il n'y a pas de place vous ne serez pas déçus par la salle intérieure et son vieux moulin à huile du 17ème. En tout cas, même si de la terrasse vous avez vue sur les toilettes publiques, cela n'a pas vraiment d'importance. Appréciez plutot la vue au delà, vers les montagnes et le soleil couchant et surtout, ces excellents plats et une cuisine variée, gastronomique et suffisamment copieuse. Encore merci aux serveurs qui étaient vraiment très sympathiques (N'oublions pas le ou les cuisiniers !).
Cadre intérieur agréable ... si vous aimez le bruit restez en terrasse !!!40 min d'attente avant l'entrée. Des habitués anglais servis avant et plus copieusement...Salade immangeable car trop salée. Purée insipide et réchauffées pour le bar dont la peau carbonisée baignée dans une mare d'huile. Attention si vous aimez le chorizo carbonisé en même temps que la peau du bar...vous commanderez le risotto de St Jacques ... du coup pas de dessert ni café... addition salée comme la salade !!!2 pour le cadre intérieur ...
On coming out of the town car park we took the first restaurant we saw and we were not disappointed.Nice ambience. Friendly service My risotto with gambas was truly delicious. Daube de boef not quite so stunning. The menu d'enfant us excellent and does not patronage children by offering rubbish food not on the adult menu. This is good food, especially the chocolate ice creamRecommend it before climbing into town.

We were very lucky to be offered the table 12, which by itself was worth the visit; on the side of the restaurant under the growing plant with a beautiful view on the back we had a dream like visit. The food was delicious, fresh, original with simple ingredients, the salad nuts artichoke parmesan was a high Favourite. Lastly the service was extremely friendly, and welcoming. A must try restaurant.
We had a wonderful dinner on our first night in Saint Paul de Vence! The owner was very warm and welcoming and has great taste in music! We enjoyed three. Purses and each was exceptional.
We visited here for dinner. The spaghetti alle vongole and cream brulee were awsome! The staff is nice and kind. The atmosphere is calm and artistic. We enjoyed everything!
Very good service and meal was very tasty. Millefuille desert was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Beef Stew main was also lovely but very small serving size

Goed gelegen leuk restaurant. Helaas was er buiten geen plaats maar dat heeft de pret niet mogen drukken. Goede keuken met goede bediening. Gewoon lekker
