Le Vivier - Reserva de mesa

The small harbor of Erquy is quite picturesque and Vivier is one of a bunch of restaurants that are lining the street. We sat on their closed terrace and enjoyed a nice dinner. Especially their St. Jacques are great, we had them as appetizer as well as one of our main dishes. Can also highly recommend the tarte tatin and their fresh fish. Service was speedy and very friendly. Their most expensive menu was 35 Euros, and left now desires open. Would definitely return again. Saw our neighbors having a great steak that was perfectly medium cooked, thus obviously not just a seafood place.

We both ate from the €23.50 menu and couldn't fault a thing! My marinaded sardines with little pink peppercorns were very tasty and the duck skewers were lovely and tender and cooked to perfection. Dessert sublime - caramelly, nougatine little brandy snap like things filled with whipped cream with salted caramel sauce! Service was great too and all dishes beautifully presented. Will definately be returning soon!

We went for a fish meal which we ordered from the a la carte menu, it was excellent. As it was a special birthday the staff made a fuss and were very kind. We have also enjoyed the plat du jour on another occasion, this time we were a bit disappointed with the sweet but we are not big sweet eaters. All in all a great place to eat especially for fish lovers

We had lunch here during a recent break in Northern Brittany.We sat out on the terrace,and ordered Monkfish and fennel in a cream sauce,one of the specials of the day, and the set menu.The meals were cooked to perfection,the service was excellent , and fantastic value.The best meal that we had during our holiday.I would recommend this restaurant highly. This restaurant sits in a line with more restaurants overlooking the bay of Erquy. By the looks we couldn't distuingish the place as outstanding, but we had a very good lunch. The food and the service are perfect. We had a mix of mussels and menus and all were good. My brother, who is allergic to shellfish had a hard time, but that is his problem...

Had lunch in that lovely place, on a sunny Sunday, the place was packed but the staff was very efficient and friendly, the food was great and the portion were big, but the very best was the service: professional, efficient and friendly.I wish that all the restaurants had that level of service!

This was our first visit to this restaurant although we regularly come to Erquy for lunch. The location is very good overlooking the beach. We had three courses which we enjoyed. The main course was cod wrapped in bacon. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. A good experience.

This was a great meal, on the set menu. The main, a 'charcuterie of fish with a butter sauce', was truly delicious. Being solo, the service was very good and made the occasion very comfortable and relaxing.All round, an experience to be remembered and I will be back again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant enjoys prime position by the sea front and we would echo previous reviews about the good food and service. The mussels are highly rated and portions are very generous!

A wonderful, busy restaurant with helpful staff. We chose the 13 Euro set lunch and the hake in lemon butter was extremely nice. Wonderful location on looking over the sea.
