not too big restaurant resembling a caviste. the service is welcoming and very friendly. Even if the kitchen was not yet open, we could already sit down to have a drink. I then chose the menu. the entrance was absolutely delicious, sort of croissant with goat cheese mousse. the main dish was the choice between a tuna steak or a lamb. I chose tuna steak. It was well prepared. with the intercoast a vegetable and couscous ratatouille. It was a great combination. Cold pepper a little less. but tastes differ. dessert was also very well, ice with warm blown. the restaurant is also in a nice place and the prices are good.
the flap had the most helpful staff in all the places we ate in bayeux. we were completely allowed to go to the selection of wines and they did not disappointed, nor did they leave us the most expensive wines in their cellar. We had both a white and a red, both were amazing and were well married with our selections of dishes. food was also very good. The atmosphere was bright, fun, welcoming and not rushed, as can be expected in france.
We had an excellent meal - snails, onion soup and the best raw oysters we've ever had. They were picked fresh that day and it's seen. We also shared a steak. It's a small restaurant so you have to book. there is no much choice on the menu - maybe 5 or 6 - but what they do, they do it well. very nice selection of wines and good desserts. the restaurant is located in a side street near the center of bayeux.
They offer a fixed menu every night. So, if you don't like it, there are few other options. That said, we had dinner there one evening and enjoyed the charcuterie and wine another afternoon. the staff was friendly and welcoming and the overall experience was exceptional.

Make sure to book before dinner here - it fills up quickly! Maybe not the best option for vegetarians (my husband had to have dinner on a vegetarian tray), but for all others, this place is great! I'd go back to bayeux just to eat here.
Piacevole scoperta nel centro di Bayeux. Abbiamo mangiato della carne davvero buona, degli ottimi contorni e dolci. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Come in tutti i ristoranti della zona si consiglia di prenotare.
My family and I often visit this area and it's our favorite place to eat. the staff is great, the wine (selected by the owner) and the plate of the day are always fantastic!
healthy, simple and tasty dishes accompanied by a good bottle of red wine. warm atmosphere with a beautiful view of the dawn that passes at the foot of the restaurant.

there was the fixed menu - very well chosen, the roasted prunes for dessert were delicious. also at a very reasonable price, with excellent service.
