Le Voltaire - Reserva de mesa

The food at Le Voltaire is always very good. Our appetizer of Foie Gras wasn't fresh and seemed to have been reheated from a few days ago. It was dry and appeared overly oily, like it had been reheated in the goose liver oil too long. Other dishes were great. The waiter was over-worked but there were two other women servers who didn't have enough to do. Our foie gras was somewhat cold when we finally got it, or salads were late coming out and we had to ask for bread. he spent a lot of time mixing drinks and not waiting on his tables. For the price of a $100 dinner I expected better as I have had in the past. Where is the old wait staff???

Very intimate and relaxing. I had only been there for lunch and that was long ago. I now want to be a regular for the brunch Every Week!! My wife and I were there for her birthday and had a superb time.
