We had a wonderful time at Ledos for lunch. Family of 3, with 1 kiddo. It was a slow day inside, so the single front of house employee was running the phone, togo, and the dinning room, but he was handling things well. Lunch was at a laid back, but consistent pace, with drinks and food coming out not long after ordering. The pretzel was good, especially dipped in the Ledo sauce, and we split the entree-size Chicken Caesar Salad between us. A medium (14? pizza was more than enough, with plenty to take home. Have been a fan of Ledo's pizza in the past. When I needed pasta in a hurry for a crowd recently, I ordered 2 pans from Ledo's since it was nearby and they promised it would be ready in 20 minutes. When my son-in-law went to pick it up, it was nowhere near ready. For $91 dollars we got 2 pans of sauce from a jar and pasta from a bag. I could have done that myself in less time. The one pan that was supposed to have chicken had very little of it. There were no additional seasonings and no cheese. Customer service and wait time is terrible. Went last night on a 1st date because we were both in the mood for pizza. We seated ourselves. As we walked in we saw that it was about 20-30 people in there (Caucasian). We were the only black people in there which didn't bother me at all. I figured it would be a minute before s waiter got to us. We waited to be seen for 20 mins which is unacceptable. A once flourishing franchise has now lost its way. And it's not on the local guys at this branch either it's on the corporate leaders for not doing quality assurance checks. I have repeatedly had to ask for extra cheese just to get normal amounts of cheese, I just waited for an extra 30 minutes to get a pizza that look like this. Clearly they made a mistake and did not re-make the pie simply gave me someone else's pie and added Pepperoni. What a disgrace to the Ledo franchise. A discount doesn't make this better,
I really don't want to write this review because the customer service has always been excellent. Unfortunately, for the first time, I'm disappointed with the pizza. When I got home, I noticed that my Deluxe Pizza seemed to be deep-fried. The bacon, banana peppers, and ground beef crust was overly crispy – it was well done and burnt. What a letdown! Thankfully, we have our Thanksgiving dinner leftovers as a backup plan.
We got a personal Hawaiian pizza and a medium white Italian pizza. The personal size was perfect for one person. I really enjoyed the sauce on the Hawaiian pizza. The crusts was thin and crispy and you could tell it was handmade. The white Italian pizza did not interest me. It tasted fine but wasn't anything worthwhile in my opinion.
The pizza was disappointing; the crust was not good, and the tomato sauce had an overly acidic taste. Overall, it didn't provide good value for the money. I recommend saving your time and going to Pat's Select instead. We won't be coming back!

We hadn?t ordered from Ledo since before the pandemic. Pizza was good as always, and the cheese steak sub was also good. We will order again soon!
