Ledo Pizza - Reservar una mesa

Have been a fan of Ledo's pizza in the past. When I needed pasta in a hurry for a crowd recently, I ordered 2 pans from Ledo's since it was nearby and they promised it would be ready in 20 minutes. When my son-in-law went to pick it up, it was nowhere near ready. For $91 dollars we got 2 pans of sauce from a jar and pasta from a bag. I could have done that myself in less time. The one pan that was supposed to have chicken had very little of it. There were no additional seasonings and no cheese. When I called to express my total disappointment to the manager, he was aware of the situation and apologized. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me within the week. Having heard nothing, this particular Ledo's has earned a permanent boycott from my entire family

Customer service and wait time is terrible. Went last night on a 1st date because we were both in the mood for pizza. We seated ourselves. As we walked in we saw that it was about 20-30 people in there (Caucasian). We were the only black people in there which didn't bother me at all. I figured it would be a minute before s waiter got to us. We waited to be seen for 20 mins which is unacceptable. When the manager finally got to us, he stopped taking our order to tend to the customer who had already been there eating. That really bothered me. That customer couldve waited. We decided to leave and the manager didn't apologize or say he was sorry. He just watched us leave. Never going back. Don't wanna play the race card but I felt like we didn't matter.

I came to this location to dine in. However, the individual at the counter told me I had to order from the counter first. What kinda service is that? Seems to me that he did that to assure that I pay first. Seems like a discriminatory practice to me. I never had this happen at any Ledo location I've been to. Needless to say, I decided to eat elsewhere. I will never return to this location.

I hate to give this review because the customer service was and always is good. Sadly, for the first time I 'm disappointed in the pizza. After getting home I discovered my Deluxe Pizza seems to have been deep fried The bacon, banana peppers, ground beef crust is extra crispy, well done, burnt. Dang Gina! Glad but sad we have a plan B Thanksgiving dinner leftovers

Pizza is sub par crust is bad tomatoes sauce is acidic and poor value for the dollar Save your time and find Pats Select. We will not repeat !
