Saturday May 21, I was apart of a charity event upon which we ordered multiple pizzas shortly after they opened 11am....when I say the pizzas were prepared horribly which means do not use them for catering-period!... only one pizza was prepared properly.I immediately contacted Ledos' and was shocked with the reply from management whom clearly lacked in handling customer related issues. I even contacted corporate in Annapolis spoke to Jennifer who then claimed that she was forwarding me to a regional office bottom line since the incident I have yet to have resolution. This restaurant used to be my favorite since I never had any problems with my orders before. However, when I ordered three pizzas for my son's birthday party and inquired about any specials offering a free small pizza, I was disappointed to learn that the small pizza was not actually free for pick-up. Despite this, the food tasted good—until I bit into my meat lover pizza and heard a loud crack, as if I had hit my tooth on a piece of gristle. I hope that's not the case. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.
Had heard the name Ledo Pizza for years on WTOP, but never had one close. After a recent move, have one right down the street. Pretty good really. We tried the Pizza, Stromboli, and Calzone. All have been excellent. The pizza was surprisingly good. First order was a walk up, second was web based. Both orders came out correct and reasonable fast. Staff is excellent so far, and the prices are fairly reasonable. Nothing bad to say at all.
Always a problem here. Never coming back! Website says dine-in available which it is not true. Ordered online and rush over during my break to pick up order, only to not be given pizza because I didn't have my ID. I had already paid online. Wouldnt itcost the store more money to make a pizza only not to give it to me because I didnt have an ID? Other locations have betterquality anyway. Will not return.

I met several classmates and a former teacher last week for lunch. The pizzas (3) were all very good and Brandon treated us like we were at his home. Very welcoming and accommodating. All of us used to enjoy the Adelphi location many years ago. We lookforward to dining at Vista Gardens again soon. Big shout out to Brandon for a great sense of humor toward the old folks.
I had a very good experience when I was at Ledos. I ordered online and it said it would take 45mins, I got there in 30 minutes and my 2 pizzas were ready and still hot. When I got there, it was a line, but the line went by quickly with great customer service. Definitely will go back and recommend it to my friends.
Food is delicious specially the pizza but it takes way too long always an extra wait beyond the timer on online orders and even if you call in wait 30 mins and show up the food is never ready.
Ledos changed the precooked bacon into a crispy-looking beef situation. NOT a fan of their choice of bacon. I'll put my own bacon on my way forward. Wegmans sells the best unsecured bacon.

The pizza and wings are fine. I've only done delivery from this place. The workers at the front are nice, quick, and courteous.
I always get delivery from this place! The pizza is consistently excellent, and I especially enjoy the sweet Baby Ray's wings!
