3 friends and I take it in turn to visit a venue in Staffordshire . I had booked a table for 4 at another venue just outside Leek but they were shut and had omitted to let me know. So, we ended up at Leek bar and grill by chance . The place was busy, but they were able to accommodate us, if we were willing to wait for a bit, which we were . There is a variety of cold hot starters, and the choice of mains is broad enough for everyone to find something they will enjoy. Despite the fact that the place was busy , which is always a good sign, service was prompt and we were well looked after.There was a good atmosphere and all of us enjoyed our dishes . Alright for a coffee but ordered a sandwich that took nearly an hour to get, had to get updates twice on it. No “sorry for the wait” when it was delivered. Asked for a water had to ask twice to get it. All in all, poor experience Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

i could see the poor treatment of staff. The management is absolutely shocking. I couldn’t believe my eyes with the way i saw the manager was speaking to the girls . I couldn’t sympathise enough. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t recommend going here!
