went to the first time after an article about this place ordered the forkbender and a half plate ripen. it was all very delicate and has something smoke on the meat. Bar-b-q-saucen were in any case to the meat. mac and cheese were very tasty as the cole Slav. they could use a real maple syrup in them. when I came home and after wala, they were perfect. the ribs were delicious from the bone, but a bit salty for my taste. Maybe they use some brown sugar in the rod to sweeten the meat. I use my own rub with brown sugar and I would rather be a sweeter rib than a salty one. that I thought would be smoked kielbasa, but it was Italian. they have forgotten my cornbread with my commands. other than that, fast friendly service. they said that the branding will come soon. tries to perfect them. I'm sure I'm back.
This place has recently opened, and I've been by twice now to try their food. Overall, it's above average food. The brisket, pulled pork, and sausage are all fantastic. Their fries are also great, as are their sauces. The lil' smokies are just alright, and the chicken that we received was fairly pink inside (which was disappointing). Aside from the fries, the sides (cornbread, Mac and cheese, and beans) were a bit disappointing as well. Both times I've been in the the building, all the employees have been masked. Pickup service is great and easy. 4 stars as they're brand new and probably still ironing out some kinks in the service (chicken, sides). I will definitely continue to order from here.
we decided to try this place since we were in the opposite and maybe it was a bad day, but we will not return. the huh was so pink that I didn't eat it and my partner over burger made them sick. she called to notify her and promised to reimburse the two things and the girl on the phone was really nice about it. as much as I wanted to love this place, it was a great relaxation especially for a first experience.
I have tried (as far as) the smokehouse plate and also the gf mac and cheese with smoked truthahn all really good! the plate with perhaps an additional side seems like a good amount for 2, as well as the mac and cheese ... would recommend to anyone who likes this type of tariff.
