Exceptional Service by Kate yesterday. I had the pleasure of dining here recently, and I must say, the highlight of my experience was the impeccable service provided by Kate. From the moment I walked in, Kate greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout the evening, Kate's attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable. Everything was great except for the meals which were closer to pretty good. • Crab cake appetizer excellent • Nori Chili Crusted Yellowfin Tuna cooked perfectly but the fancy rice was clumped up like it had been sitting for a long time • Rainbow Trout with a side of Asparagus delicious trout but the asparagus was cooked to death Maybe Legal's isn't what it used to be (I don't go often), but I would definitely give the Hingham location another try or maybe ten tries.

I am a big fan of Legal. This visit, however, was disappointing. Perhaps it was not the right venue for Easter. It was not crowded during the 3-5 time frame. The food was mediocre. While the swordfish was good, the burger was not. Nor was a Caesar salad with chicken. I’ll likely come back, but I’m certainly not in a hurry.

We had a great table near the window but it was also near the wait station. . That helped to get assistance more quickly when we needed water or to request more of the delicious rolls. The main meals were creative and filling.

A very nice experience at LSF Hingham. We were greeted warmly and even though a little early for our reservation were seated promptly. Food was good and our server Victoria did a great job.

The scallops were wonderful… cooked beautifully and served with a very good corn and cheese combination. Service was attentive. Noise was pretty awful: very loud.

Worst whole belly fried clams- overcooked, tough and mostly strips- and very expensive! Sushi rolls and service good but very noisy!

Great service. Meh food. Shrimp tacos were over cooked and bland. Someone ordered salad without cheese and got cheese all over it.

There was loud chatter from the staff behind the bar (not from our server) that was difficult to ignore.
