Le repas était réellement excellent, l’émulsion choux fleur caramel beurre salé était exceptionnel, le service et l’accueil étaient tout aussi parfait, petit bonus d’attention avec la bougie d’anniversaire pour ma femme, je recommande sans aucune hésitation et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

I had lunch at Emulsion. The frame is very simple and quiet. The kitchen is very good, the dishes nicely presented. Little attention to aeros and coffee. It's good when, in some restaurants, there's no olive.
