Nice discovery! charming place we had the pleasure of discovering thanks to the fork application. small card that makes you want, you have the choice between 3 or 4 inputs/plats/desserts. of this very fast service and quality products! the waitress and a small sun ray I enjoyed a lot. The service contributes greatly to the well-being of the moment in a restaurant and it is the case in Emulsion. the trout was very good accompanied by a little originality, popcorn with cayenne peppers, and coral lentils. Creme cabbage dessert with salty caramel butter, chocolate and crispy hazelnuts. a thank you for this dinner and we will come back with great pleasure.

an excellent time in this restaurant. beautiful place, delicious tasty dishes, nice presentation, made of fresh and local products. a beautiful wine map. nice little treasures. with an enlightened opinion from the waitress. service pleasant, smiling and very professional. a beautiful team of young people in the kitchen and at the service. good meals but disappointments compared to excellent reviews and value for money. the fish dish (bar with carrots) was really a pleasure, but the entrance and dessert made me less conquise: to 15€ the entrance that I expected to have good tomatoes with taste in my plate and a well creamy burrata (announced in what was not the case (even if the marriage with balance was top). He says a good time with welcoming staff and a very good dish.

We did not have a good experience knowing that there were only 2 people to cover the cooking and service and they did their best but it was not enough to guarantee good service. In this case it is good to warn customers. We were celebrating an anniversary so I would have preferred to know.
