Service tech arrived on time for appointment that was rescheduled from Saturday; Because previous tech was no call no show. Big hits against Len the Plumber on their “Only way to get a plumber today”. Service was quick and easy fix. Len the plumber pricing was fair for repair work, but service trades are what they are. Nothing wrong with the quality of the work or the professionalism. The price though is EXTREMELY outrageous almost cruel!!! I think I twice repeated the quoted price just to make sure I hadn 't drifted off to some alternate reality. I was expecting the plumber to say he pulling my leg but he was dead serious. Robert did the toilet removal and installation quickly and to our satisfaction. The quality of the work was exceptional.
