It was the first choice.and honestly the last..very expensive. Too much. Too heavy. We go from a menu of 26 with fresh chanterelles to a menu of 34 with canned button mushrooms... pear in wine. Dome of mousse made from Dambert. We no longer smell the pear. And by force the dome is sickening. Overcooked can. and crispy carrot because it chars..... ... I have just given you your answer. Madam... take a good look at the 2 carrot dishes. In fact, I don't suppose it was disgusting. Yes?... too heavy... in a box or not it won't stay only button mushrooms md...and not chanterelles..... and no I didn't say anything because it was good.... learn to read between the lines.
