0 stars... Staff, and the Director Mark, are rude and arrogant and have no idea about customer service. They would rather spend 30 minutes arguing to prove their point and make you feel stupid than fixing the situation. Literally if you had a hair in...your soup there, the staff would continually insist that it couldn't possibly be staff members hair because 1) it is a different colour, 2) it is a different length, 3) all the chefs wear hairnets etc etc. This would go on for your entire session there. What needs to happen in these circumstances is for someone to apologise, and offer to fix the situation by either making a new dish, or offering a refund. Several people have asked me about my...

the oysters and their gorgeous chardonnay dressing kicked off again perfectly in the evening! the prawn ragout was a court of decadence and tradition in equal sharing perfectly cooked, good size prawns and a reserved and therefore perfect amount of...puff bakery. the salmon entree was almost too beautiful to knock into the water, but actually it didn't seem quite tasteful because the pumpkin overshadowed the salmon. the venison was boiled beautifully, but it did not meet the same satisfaction of the beef trio, which was perfect during each visit and it was no different to this time. it's almost as if they make a wine tasting of bark! very good. four diners went very happy two first painters, two repeat visitors....and all agreed unanimously, we would return! at lenzerheide, the very professional service offers a smooth, quiet and unobstructed culinary experience. it's really just absolutely beautiful round! the Bundnerfleish and oysters...both cannot be beaten for spectacular beginners. at this opportunity had some of us the emmentaler poulet for delicious and delicate, but we all felt that we could have pampered in about 50-100% more cheese inside! but to speak of good, for dessert it is only presented beautifully....so is looking forward to the next help already!

great culinary experience. eating was super, service was attentive and waiting times between the curses was before place. never had to wait until drinks were ordered or uploaded above. very enjoyable evening directly to the chocolate dear hearts and happy anniversary written in...chocolate on the dessert plates.

was booked for 22 for my mother's 80th birthday. the food was very delicious and well presented. the set menu offered every quantity choice I think 4 or 5 for each of entree and main, but the private room has no charm...but all the restaurant right looked great, I wish we had been out there.
