Leo's Coney Island

The waitress gave me my food and the hash browns were burnt. She said I'm having him make you a new batch. She never brought me the hash browns. 3 of the waitresses were standing around and talking the whole time I ate my meal. I was never offered more coffee or checked to see if I needed anything! I won't be coming back the service was terrible!! Responding to the owners response... I never said the hash browns were ok and I never asked for more butter!! Not taking care of your customers is a huge problem you have! The waitress never apologized either and she lied!!

Waitress was actively burning our saganaki. I mentioned to her that the saganaki fire is usually put out by squeezing a lemon over it. The waitress looked at me with a blank stare and replied, oh yeah, I forgot to grab lemons and she just let the fire go out on its own by waving it up and down in the air. She really should have offered to remake it correctly, because it was ruined. I was also dissatisfied that the chili fries I ordered were piled on the plate on top of a coney dog, causing everything to become mushy. 2/5 don 't recommend and wouldn 't go back.

Waitress was useless, it was more important to her to talk to the other waitress the whole time i eas there thsn to do her job never asked if I needed anything, never came to the table once. Didn't even bring the bill I had to go up to the register to even see how much it was. Food was sub par and cheap. Place is falling apart. Bathroom wall had a huge Crack and a piece of the edging was laying across the floor at the doorway. Almost tripped going into the bathroom. I'll never go back to this dump!! Negative stars are warranted.

I love it here I LOVE their omelets, but I've never been disappointed with anything. Thanks keep up the good workKid-friendliness: Different leo's have a magician that come by on set days of the week, my youngest son loves Gus the magic bunny. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lively place, reliable menu, friendly service. The cheeseburger is delicious, garnished with fresh tomato and lettuce. Leo's is a go-to place most anywhere, but especially here in Waterford.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad but was delivered a salad with no chicken. They also added bacon and avocado, which I did not ask for. The staff need to pay more attention to orders.
