L'epicurien - Reserva de mesa

This is one of the many places to eat in Valenciennes. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Yet again we found somewhere where someone spoke good English. Can’t promise they’ll be there every time. It was a really friendly environment and nicely laid out. It wasn’t very busy when we got there (19:00) but most nights travelling to work it’s packed. I had one of the prawn dishes to start and the kidney dish for a main. Both were very well presented and very tasty. I chose to have the potato dauphinoise option with my main and that tasted great. I can’t say anything about the desserts as we didn’t have time. There’s a reasonable selection to choose from and very well priced...
