It was a perfect dinner. The food out of 10. All delicious and with an excellent presentation. The wonderful service. All Majisimos and concerned that we understand everything at all times. We chose the 3-course menu although we decided to take the meat with a supplement (a success). We tried the Ruinart rosé champagne. A delight. And we would have liked to try the cheeses because they looked excellent, but meat is a large portion and we had to leave room for dessert. Despite being a high-priced restaurant in a 5-star hotel, they let us go with the dog. They put water for her. A highly recommended place. my man and I were recently 1 night in this hotel during the visit of mont saint michel. we didn't want to stay on the island, but wanted to be close. this was only 4 miles away and very practical. it is a small place with only one person who worked at a time, which meant that the person moved around a bit. that said it didn't bother the service and they were very accommodating. the service was very friendly and personal and they are happy to help on any wise they can. our room was beautiful, but right at the entrance, which left a little to wish.
My husband and I spent a lovely evening in this restaurant, the service was impeccable. We both had the discovery menu, and the best part was the blue lobster it is a true “fit for a king”. The blackberry-themed dessert was well balanced (biscuit, blackberry cream and black berry ice cream) and highly pleasant to taste. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Une vraie pépite au pied du Mont Saint Michel et en plus en face d’un atelier artisanal pour tous les produits à base de caramel au beurre salé! Magnifique! Le staff était d’un grand professionnalisme et le restaurant de l’hôtel d’une qualité exquise! Et leur plateau de fromage proposait un assortiment exceptionnel. Un vrai moment de détente et de luxe.
if you want to experience the smallest 5star heritage hotel in France, you should stay here! we reached here quite late as 11:30 o'clock without reservation in the most busy months of the year and the owner was nice, helpful and hospitable in the evening. in this nice hotel and will recommend it 100%.
It was to be our highlight restaurant of the holiday, the food was very good and the service excellent, however be aware that with all the extras they give you the price very quickly becomes expensive. £285 for a meal for two is quite a lot
