Les Basses Amarres Mornac Sur Seudre

It is very rare to find a restaurant where a simple and comfortable decor, excellent cuisine and a very warm welcome are all three together. A dish from here to 25€ is worth 3 dishes to 15€ from anywhere else, don't hesitate. Local ingredients, perfect control of meat and fish and seafood: eyes closed (and belly empty! I recommend the beef fillet to oysters cooked with the bite sauce, the chef's specialty, I was told, that I greatly appreciated.

Pretty nice service. Charming and very basic environment. Price rather high but copied dishes, if à la carte taking into account that it is not Paris and its operating costs. Quality products
