Food is all handmade, fresh, bio and incredible great. You get fresh and great white wine, fantastic Rosé and the delicicous red bio and biodynamique Wine from Corbiére, Minervoir, Provence and Côtes du Rhon. Music is great. From RocknRoll, Stones and Independent Punk: Cedric and Jef have a great taste as well on Music..And on top, design & furnishing are unique....I simply can tell everybody: You really have to go there. great moment and very nice meeting with the two managers. all dishes are from local products (no freezer). the original Parisian managers have melted into the south-west culture. They convey their passion for cooking and people.Thank you very much we will come back with great pleasure. for others don't hesitate anymore you will not be disappointed. Parisian future Toulouse ;-)

very nice discovery of this very nice little bistro or there are very good local products, organic in large part and a great welcome. we arrived very late and yet were very well received! Thank you again, and to a next stop on it!
