We go there often, the atmosphere is nice, the service is quite quick, and the staff are generally pleasant. The beers are good and as for the food it varies depending on the dishes and depending on the day... I usually have the perch fillets in fritters which I find rather good but I was disappointed the last time I took them. The dish arrived lukewarm and the donuts had a very unusual taste. Probably the frying oil which was outdated. In short, I ate almost nothing and the other people at the table were also generally disappointed with their dishes (cold, poorly served, not very good). Went there for lunch, we ordered rösti and a flammekueche Had to wait for about 45’ until the rösti arrived and 10 more minutes for the other dish. The flammekueche was cold and soggy, I was craving for a proper homemade rösti only to be disappointed by some industrial stuff. Highly disappointed, will return for a beer but definitely not to eat

Server and manager leaning, leaning, slumping all the way. That the nonchalance, I won't come back, even if it was good. But the question does not arise, Tasteless cuisine, it's 100% frozen, from fries to meat to oily flam's. A friendly and lively waitress, one wonders how she ended up in this ocean of incompetence.

traditional European pub with many beer options and local wine selection. later opened, which is practical in newcomers. les brasseurs is often the only facility in the village with longer hours. friendly service and reasonable prices. Comfort food tea suitable for a bar atmosphere. service with a smile!
