The formula is simple: one or two buffets and dessert at will, the possibility to add a dish at extra cost. all for a very attractive price (about 13€ for the two buffets a dish) and a very correct quality. The restaurant is clean, you don't walk on your feet to get to the buffets despite the high tributary at lunchtime. A large selection of scutters and crudities in the entrances (lawyers, asparagus, leeks, carrots, etc.). fruit, cakes and other creams for dessert (fresh, whipped, milk rice, caramel cream, etc.). I had already been lunched at the restaurant the heathers a few years ago, and I had not kept a compelling memory of it. I went back in the same circumstances (professional training, so a group) and the change of frame has done good: it's always a type of road restaurant at the entrance or exit of the burgundy, but it's on the ground floor. It is airy, accessible even without knowing the corner (the highway to go down to the sponge is 1 minute)The kitchen is always without fioriture, it is copier and the dishes are served hot. We realize the effectiveness of the formula because it's full at lunchtime. I'll gladly go back if I have to go back to training around here.
good restaurant, very good prices, possibility to take buffet of entry and dessert only (for less than 10€), or a dish of the day. It's simple, effective, fast and good. Attention, the restaurant to be moved to pessac (16 avenue louis de broglie, à pessac). to eat outside, it's better to book.
correct in view of the price but a real lack in the level of drink. no zero or equivalent coca, no flat water in bottle. a part it's quick service and the buffets are rich and diversified.
