particularly well-worked dishes: gyozas filled with a beef with very medieval flavours, or carp croquettes. the main dish was tasty without being of the same level, but very good yet (maybe not very copyy to my taste). the culminating point was a dazzling dessert: a thousand-sheets of fried phyllo paste with a digestive and ultra light whipped whipped with pomegranate grains. nice staff and pleasant setting, especially by an acoustic that keeps the quiet place, even if there is a world.

small but fine hotel in the center of belfort. the rooms are compact, but equipped with all necessary (only one refrigerator/mini bar is missing). the breakfast is completely ok (for French standards). highlight, however, is the associated restaurant (where the breakfast is served), where you can truly eat excellently! Conclusion: not a destination for a wellness holiday, but who is looking for an anchor to explore belfort is right here!

very bad reception from the hostess. However, the restaurant and the room remain of quality! recommendation: to train the hostess on the rules of politeness.
