What a wonderful surprise! Before you enter, you can hesitate by saying that 33€ for the menu is perhaps a little expensive (small gourmet break with the family on the holiday route towards us). But believe me that when we go out, we think it’s really cheap for performance! A success on the whole line and we found nothing to say. The beauty of the frame, the comfort of the chairs, the sympathy of the staff, the card that makes you want to stay the week to taste everything, the quality of the kitchen, the originality and the explosion of flavors, the quantities .... In short, a great moment of pleasure at an attractive pace despite the central situation. Bravo and thank you to the whole team.
I am Lyonnais and good restaurants on Lyon this is not missing type resto gastro...Bocuse or the Bocuses breweries. The restaurant Les Caudalies in Vichy deserves the star, the proof in image. It was a treat, an explosion of flavours in the mouth. Bravo and thank you to the cook. In addition, good selection of French music as I like... thank you. And a big thank you to the waitresses who are in the care and who accompanies you until the end of the dinner! BRAVO.
I chose this restaurant because I was in a rdv client on Vichy and it was perfect! Very good reception, excellent service and dishes a feast... I took the goat burger at the entrance, the bar net and the majestic Paris Brest for dessert, all accompanied by an excellent white wine Sauvignon. I highly recommend this restaurant! Meals served by a dynamic, professional and friendly team. They all know their profession. A modern and original restaurant. In addition, there is a pleasant space. Beautiful map where each dish is allied. Beautiful plates, generous and especially of quality and useless to specify it, home!
