We stopped for a drink at 1.45 pm with our three kids. We got a frosty welcome at best when the waitress realised we only wanted drinks. She took our order and then proceeded to tell me in French that she would have to move us if anyone came along who wanted to eat. Had the restaurant been full I might have had some sympathy but there were plenty of free tables outside where we were sitting because the lunch time rush was over. It was an unnecessary comment and quite simply rude...
