Lunch from 05/08/2016. A pleasant welcome, sincere kindness and a good and beautiful Cantal cuisine! From the simple but well-freshed entrance to the main dish marrow between the coast of Salers, the blue sauce of 'Auvergne', followed by a choice of farm cheese 'cantalous' and well refined, until dessert, everything is succulent. Beautiful family that this couple Mrs and M Failles assisted by their warm and passionate son, integrates. Congratulations and continue to enjoy!!!
2 steps from the river, a large parking lot, a pretty terrace well shaded the reception with a real non-commercial smile by people who love what they do, it becomes rare... 3 hearty and well crafted menus the pavé de Salers with a blue sauce...No comment!!! not necessarily simple to find, but make the effort!!!
The menu of the day has an unbeatable quality/price ratio. Despite the covid-19 period, the establishment is very organized (even if it is better to book during this health crisis) and many accustomed, it is a sign that is not mistaken. Do not hesitate if you pass the area.
