Using the lounge bar for a long wait for a delayed train after landing at CDG airport. Comfortable chairs, friendly bar staff, socket available to recharge my devises, food good but expensive, toilet facilities available with a keycard from bar staff. One big complaint was...that I was disturbed by a security guard while sat up in a chair exhausted and rather bored, resting with my eyes shut (not sleeping) He rather officiously informed me that sleeping isn’t allowed. How dare he say such a thing to a paying guest!
I'm not sure what expectations some other people might have valued...(A quick bite? fast eating, but our experience was wonderful. we have booked a table for lunch since we were in the hotel before our flight. the service was welcoming, friendly and attentive. the food was imaginative, well prepared and beautifully presented. it is good to remember that the tempo in French restaurants is more relaxed than in American. perfect for a relaxed talk and a delicious meal.
Arrived for dinner without reservation then seated at table with no linens.We were guests at the hotel not aware a reservation was required My meal appeared as if it was soggy with a strange sauce.I asked to have something else waitresses began...arguing with me.very unpleasant for this calaber We had been in France a month with spectacular cuisine but this was so mediocre so disappointing
we had checked late into the hotel and wanted to get out of the room (so no room service has chosen). we just wanted a fast, no meal, and more than fulfilled what we needed. we had a meal that was delicious. both weeping on the glass were good suggestions, and the service friendly and fast. nice that we are from our room.

How disappointment. Everything was over salted. The presentation was pretty but not good at all. A shame because you are stuck if you are at the Sheraton and want a meal. They have gone downhill since my last visit about a year ago.
we were, the order was taken pretty quickly, however one of the guests received his main dish very late while the rest of the tab was finished. not an excuse word even after claiming three times with "yes it comes" as an answer!
I was actually not in the sheraton, that was a disappointing trip. in no way did I get any hints that this restaurant was closed, despite booking successfully online via thefork (that is a TripAdvisor company).
that's not a budget. but they get what they pay for. excellent service, absolutely first class dishes and a small oasis from the hectic of the airport. an unexpected gem of excellent eating.

We enjoyed escargot followed by veal. The wine list is adequate. Our server Lounes was super attentive. Although a bit pricey, better than expected for an airport restaurant.
