I called on Flambées Tradition on the occasion of my 50th birthday. Service for 56 people. All my guests were unanimously delighted! Quality and fast service. I was this Thursday evening in Gries ordering three tartes flambée, the welcome was not warm... the bases of the tartes flambée were not cooked around the edges. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
