I called on Flambées Tradition on the occasion of my 50th birthday. Service for 56 people. All my guests were unanimously delighted! Quality and fast service. The pies are excellent (and I 'm the demanding type when it comes to tarte flambée : fine dough, very digestible, the cream is very good and doesn 't run, and the finesse of the bacon bits is amazing. We can see that the products are of high quality! One of the best pies outbreaks, and I share this opinion with almost all my guests You made my party a success, thank you a thousand times Vegetarian options: Possible to request tartes flambées without lardons, everything is on request. Even possible to ask to add vegetarian bacon that we had provided.

I was this Thursday evening in Gries ordering three tartes flambée, the welcome was not warm... the bases of the tartes flambée were not cooked around the edges. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We took the food truck for a birthday and we didn't regret it! It was perfect, the tartes flambées were delicious with fresh produce!
