Les Gentianes - Reservar una mesa

a little surprised by the last comments, for our part total satisfaction, a very good reception, a beautiful terrace, an atypical but really nice boss, idem for the server. We took the menu of the day to 15€ in, dish, cheese, dessert !!! nothing to say: a good salad with reblochon, a meat with a sauce with succulent ceps, three kinds of cheese and a blueberry pie. Restaurant in the heart of the village, possibility to park a few minutes a priori this establishment is selling, hoping that the next buyers continue on this good dynamic.

Where to start... we were thrilled to try this restaurant based on the reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day, but NOTHING we ordered was delicious! Super slow service. They didn't have about 1/3 of the dishes from the menu... what we got was... of low quality and rich... the only thing that is positive, it's location and pleasant interior... found amazing restaurant in Allos the next day...

We took specialities from the mountain and there was great disappointment. dishes without flavor, you are told there is waiting for the preparation but in fact it is warm, warm on, cold inside and no taste. dessert you are said to be homemade but the pie seemed to come out of the freezer. Anyway you're being taken for tourists, I'm not recommending.

I'm sorry to put that grain of sand, but I was absolutely disappointed. a bacled tartare (I felt like eating only red meat) fries like everywhere else, a bowl of salad rolled in the plate, without sauce. Maybe it was tonight that wasn't okay. On the other hand, excellent red wine!

It's the second time we ate there and our dishes were delicious every time. The lady owner is very efficient and offers a great service, it is also quite funny. We recommend! The terrace with its beautiful fountain and flowers is also a... very pleasant place to be.
