I ordered a pizza that was made with puff pastry! Morality I found this very fatty, rich pizza indigestible with a slice of Italian ham that was too thick and I didn't finish my plate and I ended up not eating the dough but just the top of the pizza. In my opinion, when buying a pizza, it should always be made with pizza dough, which is also what makes it taste. Then I asked for a gourmet tea and the owner of the restaurant told me that she usually had little cakes to add to the tea but that today she couldn't provide me with any. So I drank a cup of tea which was served to me and not a cup with the small teapot usually found in restaurants which allows you to drink as much tea as you want....
Open every day, every lunchtime and every evening. The only restaurant open on Monday evenings at the end of July during our visit, which saved the day for several cycle tourists and campers, otherwise we would have had to fast after a long day of intense heat spent on bikes. Very warm welcome and very good value for money: I'm not ready to forget the rump steak and fries with the homemade sauce after worrying about not having dinner that evening!
