We had a great stay at Hydrangeas. We were installed in the very spacious 60m2 suite with its breathtaking view of the lake. The staff (very pleasant and very professional) took great care of us from start to finish. Whether at reception, when we settled into the room (small welcome snack), during our duo massage, which was just perfect and corresponded exactly to our expectations, or during our dinner at the restaurant. We chose the tasting menu and we enjoyed it. Mainly seafood products, worked and presented with meticulousness and attention. We met to celebrate a happy event. Our evening was perfect from beginning to end...We were seduced by the baïnes menu that offers a delicious mercantile wedding. quality, local products, frank tastes and other subtleties, from generosity to the best, the kindness of service, and of course the magical touch of the chef. Thank you to the philippe plusno chief, hugo and all the team that made this meal an unforgettable experience, a moment suspended in our new life of young parents.
We stayed at the hotel and discovered its restaurant: a renovated and resolutely modern setting, with an open kitchen that lets us discover the team work of the chef’s brigade. note the very good mix of chipirons and the remarkable smoked lobster with pine thorns. Dessert of very good level around the strawberry, friendly service it is a pity that, although residents of the hotel we could not have another opportunity to taste this excellent cuisine
Wonderful address by the lake. Warm welcome and service, very friendly place! Our stay was perfect from welcome to departure. The gourmet restaurant is excellent, offering good value for money. Déjeuner en terrasse vraiment fabuleux . Un exercice de très haute cuisine...un service très agréable . Deux seuls bémols 1 j'ai du mal à me faire aux tables sans nappes et 2 les gnocchis à la patate douce caoutchouteux . Sinon un vrai repas de fête . Mes invitées étaient ravies .

the place is pleasant and bright, the pleasant staff. the delicious entrance, the dish (fish, bar) very disappointing, fade. the medium dessert. speaks well to the sommelier. in summary, much too expensive for what it is.
Great service and wonderful food. Nice sea experience with a beautiful view of the lake. Would bring a date when she likes fish.
