Never open, have at least the politeness to update your opening hours, people don't have to do it, trips for nothing! No way to send and collect my UPS packages in time! I can't get a cigarette when I go to work! Yet 10h is a correct schedule for a tobacco!

Do not open at 15:30 on Tuesday despite what is marked on the front. I've been waiting for 20 minutes with a package for nothing, with five other people right now. Learn to respect your schedules and customers.
